After establishing and developing successful ventures, including Rochecombe (now Bay of Fires), Jansz, Heemskerk, and Tamar Ridge, Chromy launched his winery in 2007. In a short span, Josef Chromy Wines garnered acclaim, securing numerous trophies and medals, a testament to Chromy's dedication to the Tasmanian terroir and his vision for exceptional winemaking.
