Day 1 - Arrival & Explore Hobart

Arrive in Hobart Airport, pick up your rental car and travel to Hobart. Includes unlimited kilometres, insurance, fees and taxes. Drive into Hobart. Wander the city streets and spend the afternoon and evening exploring Salamanca where you can eat world class food at our world-class seafood eateries.

Day 2 - Wild Seafood Tour

Seafood doesn’t come any fresher than this! Cruise in style and comfort onboard one of Australia’s premier power catamarans, along some of the most untouched and idyllic waterways in the world whilst sampling the freshest seafood straight from the ocean. Two local guides will look after you on board our Catamaran. Relax and enjoy a range of local Tasmanian produce and the freshest seafood you’ve ever tasted, including: Tasmanian Rock Lobster, wild Tasmanian Abalone, Periwinkles caught during the tour, fresh Tasmanian Oysters, World renowned Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon plus a selection of Tasmanian cheeses accompanied by artisan breads and dips. Yum! If a snooze isn’t on the agenda wonder around the waterfront or a drive up to Mt Wellington would be perfect before settling into an amazing dinner at one of the many world-class seafood restaurants.

Day 3 - Abalone, Oyster & Freycinet Peninsula

Before you hit the coastal road, pop into a live abalone processing plant where you can learn the finer details of this exquisite seafood. Continue your journey up the Great Eastern Drive, pop into a vineyard or two and a local Oyster Farm where you can experience first hand how to shuck and then taste the nuisances of a first-class oyster. It doesn’t get any fresher than eating oysters straight out of the ocean. Finish the day at a luxurious waterfront lodge in Coles Bay.

Day 4 - Explore Wineglass Bay

Travelers, meet the top of your Tassie bucket list. Wineglass Bay is part of the Freycinet Peninsula, an outcrop of wild, pristine coast land on Tasmania’s east coast. Encompassed with in the Freycinet National Park, it is considered one of the top ten beaches in the world. Nestled in the iconic Hazards range and bordered with pink granite peaks, Wineglass Bay is the most photographed view in the entirety of our island state. Here you’ll be visiting it by sea on board a Wineglass bay Cruiser.

Day 5 - Wineglass Bay to Hobart

A beautiful coastal drive as you wind your way down the East Coast arriving in the harbour city of Hobart and then onto the airport for departure.
