Day 1 - Arrive & Explore Hobart

Arrive in Hobart, collect your rental car, and explore the city streets and waterfront before heading to Salamanca for world-class seafood dining and atmosphere.

Day 2 - Wild Seafood Cruise

Cruise Tasmania’s waterways on a premium catamaran, enjoying fresh lobster, abalone, oysters, and salmon, then relax in Hobart before world-class seafood dining.

Day 3 - Abalone, Oyster & Freycinet Peninsula

Before continuing along the Great Eastern Drive, visit a live abalone plant, enjoy optional vineyard stops, and shuck fresh oysters at a local farm before finishing in Coles Bay.

Day 1 - Arrive & Explore Hobart

Arrive at Hobart Airport, collect your rental car, and make your way into the city. Settle into Tasmania’s vibrant capital before spending the afternoon exploring its charming streets and waterfront precinct. In the evening, head to Salamanca, where you can enjoy world-class dining and exceptional seafood at some of Hobart’s finest eateries.

Day 2 - Wild Seafood Cruise

Seafood doesn’t get any fresher than this, with a cruise through Tasmania’s pristine waterways aboard a premium power catamaran. Before hitting the coastal road, stop at a live abalone processing plant to discover the fascinating journey of this prized Tasmanian delicacy. Continue along the scenic Great Eastern Drive, with the option to visit a vineyard or two before arriving at a local oyster farm, where you’ll learn how to shuck fresh oysters and taste them straight from the source. It doesn’t get any fresher than enjoying oysters just metres from the ocean. Conclude the day at a luxurious waterfront lodge in Coles Bay.
