In this holiday home you have modern equipment to take care of everything, including the laundry, and acres of rolling vineyard countryside surrounding you, a lake, living space for up to eight, and a short drive from the business district of Launceston and the attractions of Cataract Gorge. Certainly a place to choose if you want to spoil yourself!
The lodge itself has four, king-size bedrooms and each one has an en-suite bathroom, complete with an actual bath and toiletries of the highest quality. There are two kitchens, both fully equipped, and a pair of lounges with a television and Foxtel. The whole of Relbia Lodge is air-conditioned and has wireless internet and laundry facilities. It is possible to rent half the lodge, in which case you have Glenwood or White Hills, the former with an additional dining area.
As you can see, Relbia Lodge is aimed at self-catering groups and you can order a gourmet hamper, either a breakfast one (for a cooked or continental version) or a cheese platter. However, despite the rural setting, you are only about ten minutes’ drive from Launceston’s Central Business District so eating out at any of the wide range of restaurants serving local and international cuisine is definitely an experience worth having.
While you are here, Tamar River Cruises are a beautiful and relaxing way to explore the area, and sports-lovers will appreciate how near they are to Barnbougle Golf. Penny Royal Attractions and the amazing Cataract Gorge (with the world’s longest single-span chair lift) are also highly recommended, the latter particularly if you are travelling with children.
Situated in Relbia, this luxury guesthouse is within a 10-minute walk of Josef Chromy Wines and Jinglers Creek Vineyard. Franklin House and Sharmans Wines are also within 3 mi (5 km).

Beautiful house, very tastefully appointed, with a view of rolling hills. Couldn't be more idyllic. We've stayed at a lot of places in Launceston and this is by far the best we've seen. With Josef Chromy Wines next door, you just can't go wrong here.
The Relbia Lodge is about 10 minutes out of town on a beautiful rurl setting - right next door to Joseph Chromy Wines. The rooms are really spacious, big bathrooms, it's modern, well set up, really comfortable beds and has a great outlook. The owner is really nice and very helpful.
Great hosts, great location, lovely place, simple, comfortable, relaxing, everything works well, great toiletries (better than many of the premium places we went to). Kitchen is decent equipped. Superb value too. Highly recommended.
