Rooms come with a queen bed, a queen bed and two twin beds or two queen beds, with a partial or full view of the bay. It is also possible to arrange for a rollaway bed or cot for an additional fee. Which ever of the options you choose at Sweetwater Villas, it will come with a fully equipped kitchen including a stovetop, microwave oven, fridge and the facilities for making tea and coffee. Also included are food preparation utensils, cookware and dishes. Some rooms have a bar fridge, and all have their own bathrooms, equipped with shower, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.
As well as a ceiling fan, the rooms have air conditioning and heating, and there are designated places for smokers, while the rest of the property is non-smoking. There is also a no-pets policy, although animals such as seeing-eye dogs are exempt. You have entertainment in your room courtesy of a television and DVD player, as well as wi-fi. An alarm clock is in every room, showing the staff have clearly thought of everything. Housekeeping is arranged weekly, and room service is available round the clock.

Excellent location, very roomy and comfortable. The owners were great very helpful with advice on Restaurants etc. Also offered great advice about touring in the area, very useful and helpful. We went to St Columba Falls on the recommendation of the owners, they were magnificent, as were the other places they suggested we visit. Stunning views across the Bay from the rooms, we really enjoyed our stay in St. Helens.
Perfect Accommodation. Villas were clean and tidy, had everything we needed for our stay. It was like a home away from home. Parking was very easy and off street. Staff were friendly and happy to help and also provided information on what to do in and around the area. Would highly recommend staying here if you want to stay in St Helens.
A great place to stay. Reception staff informative and friendly. Unit was spacious, well equipped kitchen including a small dishwasher, very good heating in the bedroom and the kitchen/lounge area, the bed was comfortable, good view from front upstairs balcony. There's a washing machine & dryer on the premises. Overall the best accommodation we had in the two weeks we were in Tasmania.
