Not far from the waterfront, you have a choice of accommodation to suit all budgets here, by the bay with a whole host of local attractions from golf to whale-watching. If you are bringing a caravan, you can even have your own en-suite bathroom!
If it’s top-of-the-range accommodation you are looking for, Big4 St. Helens Holiday Park offers Valley View Units, with either two queen beds or one queen and two king single beds. Here you have a full kitchen, complete with oven and microwave, reverse-cycle air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and hair-dryer, all the necessary linen, TV, DVD player, ceiling fans, a private deck with an outdoor setting and a barbecue, and your own car-parking area.
At the opposite end of the spectrum are the family budget cabins, sleeping up to six with one double bed (screened off from the living area with a curtain) and two sets of double bunk beds, also in a curtained-off area. Again, linen is provided and cooking facilities include a kitchenette with a stovetop, a microwave and a small fridge. There is an open-plan living area with a small dining table, and the cabins have a bathroom with a shower, are air-conditioned and have a television.
Between these are the studio unit and the family cabin, and as mentioned above there are facilities for those bringing caravans, including sites with an en-suite bathroom.
Big4 St. Helens Holiday Park has space for barbecues and picnics, laundry facilities, a vending machine and luggage storage. Naturally, for a holiday park, it is a child-friendly place and there is a children’s club available, included in the cost of your stay. Self parking is at no extra cost, and the organisers can even assist with ticket and tour booking.
Local attractions include St Helens History and Visitor Information Centre, Percy Steel Reserve and the popular attractions of St Helens Waterfront, all less than two kilometres away. Fifteen kilometres will take you to Peron Dunes and Binalong Bay, and of course the beach is right next door!
This family-friendly St Helens cabin is located on the beach, within 2 mi (3 km) of St Helens History and Visitor Information Centre and Percy Steel Reserve. Peron Dunes and Binalong Bay are also within 9 mi (15 km).
Along with a complimentary children’s club, this cabin has a microwave in a common area and a refrigerator in a common area. Free WiFi in public areas and free self parking are also provided. Additionally, laundry facilities, a 24-hour front desk, and an arcade/game room are onsite.
