The best in Ross. We called into the Motel on the off-chance of there being a room available for three nights – there was at AUD120 per night. The room or rather cabin is a nice size with a wet-room style bathroom, ideal for a disabled traveller like me. The owner was very helpful and found me a stool to use in the shower – an essential if you have only one leg! The property is fully licenced and prices of wine and beer are very competitive.
What a little gem. We stayed here 1 night on our way to Launceston. What a lovely quaint motel. The staff were so friendly and helpful and we were within walking distance to everything. The motel rooms were clean and very well appointed, the bed was very comfortable. The grounds are very well maintained and a pleasure to sit and look at while enjoying your morning coffee. The grounds are non smoking but benches are set up along the river across the road so we wandered out there with our coffee/drinks and enjoyed the view. Would definitely recommend a stay here on your travels.
