If you are using Rosie’s Inn as a base for exploring south-east Tasmania, nearby destinations include Zoodong and Bonoro Wildlife Sanctuary twenty minutes away in Brighton, or half an hour’s drive will take you to Hobart, home of MONA (the Museum of Old and New Art). For a day trip to remember, the Tahune Airwalk and the world-famous Port Arthur Historic Site are both highly recommended.

A big inn with friendly owner, close to the bridge with beautiful sunrise and sunset. Very good location. Close to different facilities. The owner is very nice!! Simple breakfast. You can bring your food to cook there. I like the bridge which is located within 5 mins walk. You can see sunrise and sunset there! Enjoy!!!

A very comfortable lodging. At first glance, Rosie's seems old and a little institutional. But don't be put off. It is a very nice and comfortable B&B with nice rooms and an accommodating host. The breakfast was adequate and it was well worth the price.
