A Double En-suite room, of which there are five at Rosie’s Inn, sleeps two in a double-size bed and has a walk-in shower, hair dryer, towels, bath mats, face-washers, complimentary toiletries, an HD television with a DVD player, electric heating (the quiet type), a fridge and the tools for making yourself tea and coffee. The owners have made a point of ensuring that the bedside lights are ones you can actually read by!
Each room includes premium-quality bedding, including down comforters, is non-smoking and is serviced daily. Some of the thirteen include a separate sitting room with lounge chairs, port, sweets, extra-fluffy towels, air conditioning or a spa bath, with various combinations of queen and single beds.
Free parking, free Wi-Fi, pets permitted at the management’s discretion, express check-out and a daily continental breakfast for a surcharge are also available at Rosie’s Inn. The gardens are a magnificent sight, and the four-star hotel is full of old-world furniture and decorations while at the same time maintaining a level of comfort of twenty-first-century standards.
New Norfolk has numerous cafes and coffee houses, historic buildings and antique shops to explore. For the budding chef, courses are available at the Agrarian Kitchen or Sally Wise Cooking Courses. If you are using Rosie’s Inn as a base for exploring south-east Tasmania, nearby destinations include Zoodong and Bonoro Wildlife Sanctuary twenty minutes away in Brighton, or half an hour’s drive will take you to Hobart, home of MONA (the Museum of Old and New Art). For a day trip to remember, the Tahune Airwalk and the world-famous Port Arthur Historic Site are both highly recommended.

A big inn with friendly owner, close to the bridge with beautiful sunrise and sunset. Very good location. Close to different facilities. The owner is very nice!! Simple breakfast. You can bring your food to cook there. I like the bridge which is located within 5 mins walk. You can see sunrise and sunset there! Enjoy!!!
A very comfortable lodging. At first glance, Rosie's seems old and a little institutional. But don't be put off. It is a very nice and comfortable B&B with nice rooms and an accommodating host. The breakfast was adequate and it was well worth the price.
