Pamper yourself here! Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, the beautiful white sands at your feet, a fully fenced yard and full kitchen facilities, plus it’s pet friendly.
Each bedroom has a queen bed with all bedding included, and the two bathrooms include towels, toiletries and a hair dryer. The open-plan living area has a modern kitchen to one side, a large wooden dining table and two sofas in front of the real fireplace, as well as a coffee table. You are on the first floor (that’s the second floor if you are using the American floor-numbering system), and this gives you a marvellous view of the beach outside.
The kitchen equipment at Roaring Beach Retreat includes an oven, a stove top, a large refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster and a dishwasher. You also have the use of various items of cookware, cutlery and dishes, and your host has even included sundry ingredients such as oil, salt and pepper. A clothes washer is included, plus a television, iron, ironing board, first-aid kit, fireplace guard, smoke detector and fire extinguisher.
You have the use of a furnished terrace with a barbecue set, and the non-smoking property has free off-street parking. For that perfect beach-based holiday, you even have the use of beach umbrellas, beach towels and snorkelling gear.
As mentioned earlier, Roaring Beach Retreat is somewhere you are welcome to bring your four-legged friend, and the yard area means your dog can run around in safety. Besides the beach, there is a pool that comes with the property. The location at Surveyors Bay means that Port Esperance and Kents Beach are approximately ten minutes away by car, as is the town of Dover where you can stock up on supplies or enjoy the various restaurants.
Nestled on the beach, this Surveyors Bay vacation home is within a 10-minute walk of Big Roaring Beach and Eggs & Bacon Bay Beach. Mickeys Beach and Randalls Bay Beach are also within 2 mi (3 km).

The location is magnificent with the beach at the doorstep and beautiful green hills at the back of the house. A deck on each side to feel part of it. It is a perfect place to go away from the noise and enjoy nature. Extremely nice house, clean and extremely comfortable.
A wonderful place, fantastic view to the sea, peaceful location, quite on the best beach of all. Just a few steps over the road and you are on the beach. The house is spacious with two terraces and there is enough space for more than two. The outside shower was very handy when you come from swimming. We really enjoyed our one week stay.
Lovely place. Great host who was very accommodating towards our large German shepherd. For anyone who has a well behaved dog that loves the sand and beach I highly recommend it. It’s also a great place for anyone who wants to escape the city, loves the water and wants some piece and quiet.
