A four-minute drive from Hobart International Airport, the choice of cabins, powered sites and camp sites means there is something for all pockets and it is especially suited to families.
The cabins include furnished beds, with sleeping for between two and six, ranging from queen beds to bunks, en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and heating. Some have wheelchair access, a kitchen with a stove top, microwave or convection oven, fridge, freezer, cookware and utensils, a television and a separate living area, complete with sofa.
Hobart Airport Tourist Park also has ample space for recreational vehicles, be they motorhomes or caravans, with access to the shared facilities all guests at the venue may enjoy. The unpowered sites are a good, low-budget option for those of you bringing a tent.
The amenities block and camp kitchen take care of the essentials of your stay if you are not in one of the cabins, and there are also sewage-dumping facilities, full and half-size basketball courts, a convenience store, barbecue sets, laundry equipment such as washing machines and dryers, a television and film room, a toddlers’ play area, cots and high chairs for hire, board games to borrow, an indoor games area, a lending library and an adventure playground.
Fuel is available, including a refill service for gas bottles, as is ice, and for those who prefer not to do their own cooking you can let the staff do that for you at Hobart Airport Tourist Park’s restaurant. Even boat-storage is available, so this really is a place that has everything including the kitchen sink.
With Hobart so near, there is no shortage of activities to suit all tastes while you are based here. At least three local firms provide views of the region from the air – two aeroplane and one helicopter companies. Canoeing and white-water rafting, wilderness tours, golfing and several food and wine-tasting journeys are organised as well, and the staff are able to help with finding and booking many more.
Located in Cambridge, this holiday park is within 12 mi (20 km) of Franklin Wharf, Constitution Dock, and Royal Hobart Hospital. Hobart Cruise Terminal and Mona Ferry Terminal are also within 12 mi (20 km).

This was a detached cabin, basic, but comfortable. Location was perfect for Hobart airport, only 5 minutes drive away. Staff were friendly and helpful.
From the moment we arrived we were impressed, from the staff on reception, to the quality of the site and facilities to the phenomenal chalet we moved into on our final night, having returned our van. Exceptional park, brand new facilities, crisp and clean and completely flawless, couldn't fault it one little bit. Thank you so much, keep doing what you do, because you do it so well!
