All hail voyagers to the edges of the known universe of food consumption.
This is an experience not to be missed and not for the faint-hearted: The nine-course feasts are celebrations of transformation and community – a series of impossibly sumptuous dishes of invasive species, to be consumed in a ritual of change and progression, with matched libations, performances, and probable nudity. All served atop the world’s largest glockenspiel, inside the exhibition itself.

We would highly recommend Zoe and Her team as a Great place to go to organise a holiday to Tasmania.
Our 7 day holiday was Great for the Whole 7days.
Picked up Car at airport.
Drove to Launceston and Zoe suggested places to go,and one place was Cataract Gorge, which was a fantastic spot.
We traveled from there to Devonport, Then Cradle Mountain and Queenstown.
The whole trip was very well organised .
All our accommodation was really good.
And All the people we dealt with were really friendly.
