Wagners Cottages
These are beautiful cottages built in a variety of styles and fully equipped so that they make an ideal base for a self-catering holiday in the Swansea area, with the sea close by and a generous amount of private space for you to enjoy a picnic or barbecue outdoors, as well as free bicycle hire so you can get out and about exploring and leave the car behind.
The four cottages on offer have wireless internet, a coffee maker and reverse-cycle air conditioning, and you can choose one with the romantic comfort of a real log fire, laundry equipment, or a luxurious spa bath. A full-size kitchen or a more basic kitchenette is also provided. Towels and bathrobes are included, as is a television, an iron, an ironing board and even slippers.
Wagners Cottages all have their own delightful private garden area, and this is an excellent place to enjoy the continental-breakfast provisions that are waiting for you when you arrive. Coswell Beach is a short walk from the properties, and many more beaches are within easy driving distance. Swansea is also an excellent venue for golf, cycling and hiking, plus there are cruises in the bay and the chance to catch a glimpse of the occasional whale.
Other things to do include visiting the world-famous Freycinet National Park, visiting the island’s most famous animal at Devils in the Dark, and food lovers will enjoy The Long Lunch Wine Tour Company.
Situated by the sea, this cottage is within 1 mi (2 km) of Jubilee Beach and Kates Berry Farm. Heritage Centre and Waterloo Point are also within 2 mi (3 km).
