The thirteen motel rooms, including one that is fully wheelchair-accessible, have a queen or king bed (except for the wheelchair-accessible, which has two king singles), and some have an additional single or optional sofa bed, allowing sleeping space for between two and four. As the name implies, the hotel is close to the shore of the River Derwent, with central Hobart itself on the other side to the west.
