For exploring the beautiful inland area, Coles Bay Conservation Area is across the road, with Freycinet National Park Visitor Centre a mere ten minutes away by car. The Hazards Mountains, further down the peninsula, are begging to be explored, and the area to the west is rich with shops, cafes, bar and restaurants, so you’ll have the perfect opportunity to try out the local cuisine and the end-product of the various vineyards Tasmania is teeming with.
