This morning walk the short distance across to the Franklin Wharf and embark on a culinary Seafood Seduction Cruise. Start your journey at Hobart’s waterfront and cruise down the River Derwent to Bruny Island. Take in spectacular views of the island’s coastal geology and enjoy this unique experience. Visit a local Salmon Farm and harvest oyster’s fresh from the sea. Watch your guide dive for abalone and sea urchin, and pulling a crayfish pot. Stretch your legs and stroll along one of Bruny’s deserted beaches. Back on board, savour the best of Tasmania’s produce and enjoy a delicious seafood BBQ with Tasmanian wines before returning to Hobart in the late afternoon.
