Next, we’ll head to the bustling Salamanca Market, available only on Saturdays. This world-renowned market is a true showcase of Tasmanian culture, offering everything from exquisite art and local produce to live music, unique souvenirs, and refreshing beverages. With 75 minutes to explore, you’ll have plenty of time to soak up the vibrant atmosphere and discover local treasures.

After your market experience, we’ll journey through the scenic Coal River Valley, a region celebrated for its award-winning cool climate wines. Along the way, we’ll stop at the acclaimed Wicked Cheese, where you can enjoy a complimentary cheese tasting and browse a selection of delicious local produce at the Farm Gate cafe. Our adventure continues in the historic township of Richmond, a place steeped in convict history and adorned with stunning sandstone and colonial buildings. Here, you’ll have the chance to admire Australia’s oldest bridge and Catholic church. Richmond is also home to a variety of charming eateries, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing lunch.
