Cape Bruny Lighthouse Sunset Tour – Bruny Island
Sunset Lighthouse Tours offer the perfect
opportunity for guests to experience spectacular sunsets and stargazing from
the highest point of rugged Cape Bruny. Delve into the history and life of a
lighthouse keeper as the sun sets over the South West Wilderness.
Tour capacity 2 – 10 people.
Operates between 1 October – 31 March on Friday and Saturday evenings on request.
Self-Drive to Cape Bruny.
Your guide will meet you in the main car park.
Learn about the life of a lighthouse keeper and watch the sunset over the Southwest Wilderness area and mountain ranges of Southern Tasmania. Hear the ocean pounding the cliffs below, see Short-tailed Shearwater landing nearby and Albatross hugging the wave tops.
This is a very special and exclusive experience for a select few on selected nights or sometimes other nights for groups of 2 – 10… At night the Cape Bruny Lightstation is arguably one of the best locations in Tasmania to watch the Southern Aurora.
It is best to book well in advance. If the dates are not available online, please email to request a booking date.
