A holiday home all to yourselves with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, free parking, a full kitchen and its own pool, stacked with holiday equipment and right by the beach, this is a superb base for beach holidays and exploring the Burnie area.
Two bedrooms plus a third that can be created with a partition from the lounge area are complete with top-quality linens, electric blankets and built-in wardrobes. Paradise House has two bathrooms as well, each with a shower, a good supply of towels, heated towel rails and heaters. The luxurious, fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer with its own water and ice dispenser, a dishwasher, oven, stove top and extractor hood, among other items.
In the open-plan living area, you have a dining table with six chairs, a couple of sofas and an armchair, a coffee table, a large, flat-screen television with digital channels, a DVD and CD player, Hi Fi stereo, a VCR if you are a retro fan, free wireless and wired internet, a telephone with free local calls. The whole place is air-conditioned with Venetian blinds to allow you to adjust the levels of natural light, and outside on the furnished patio you have the use of a gas barbecue.
Paradise House also has its own swimming pool, a garden and this non-smoking, pet-free holiday home even has an assortment of bicycles, basic fishing gear, wind-surfing equipment, surf boards, snorkels and fins, boogie boards, boules, tennis rackets, board games and books. Officially a 3.5-star property, it certainly comes across as being a higher standard!
This of course means that the whole place is just perfect for getting away from it all and staying put here, but with so much the area has to offer you simply have to tear yourself away from it and have a look round. For example, Boat Harbour Beach is a two-minute walk away, while Wynyard Golf Course is around twenty minutes by car. There are opportunities for scuba diving, and the owners of the house can even help out with ticket and tour booking. They also recommend the Jolly Rodgers on the Beach, which is a restaurant and cafe a couple of minutes along the beach. If you are flying to Tasmania, Burnie airport is just under a quarter of an hour away.
Situated near the beach, this vacation home is 0.2 mi (0.2 km) from Boat Harbour Beach and within 3 mi (5 km) of Rocky Cape National Park and Sisters Beach. Sisters Island Conservation Area is 2.9 mi (4.7 km) away.
