With three bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and two bathrooms, you could have quite a group over here for the holiday. The beds have high-quality bedding and there is a separate shower and bath in the bathrooms, with towels provided. Mountain View has huge windows, floor to ceiling in the lounge suite which connects, open-plan fashion, to the kitchen and dining area. Blackout blinds are fitted for your comfort, and the lounge itself has a large, flat-screen television, as well as wonderfully comfortable furniture. The kitchen area is fitted with a cooker (oven and hobs), tea and coffee-making equipment, a full-sized refrigerator, an electric kettle and plenty of utensils, dishes and cookware, so the place is ideal for families and groups who are self catering. Speaking of families, a free crib is available, but please don’t bring a pet unless it is a service animal. Naturally, this is a non-smoking property. When it comes to the group’s laundry, there is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

From May to the end of September it is possible to heat Mountain View with a wood fire. In addition, there is reverse-cycle heating. Outside guests can make use of an external dining area, barbecue equipment, off-street parking and an extensive level of terrace, yard and garden area.

You will want to explore the area, especially with it being so close to Freycinet National Park Visitor Centre and Coles Bay, and in less than ten minutes by car you will be able to reach Freycinet Marine Farm, Muirs Beach and Sandpiper Beach. The rural property is just under two hours’ drive from Launceston Airport.
