This is good-quality self-catering accommodation, and Marsden Court has two types on offer: a two-bedroom or a studio apartment. They both have a generous amount of living space, modern furniture and cooking facilities. In the studio apartment (where up to three can sleep) these take the form of a hotplate and a microwave oven, while in the two-bedroom apartment (sleeping up to five) there is a full-size oven, a microwave and a large fridge. Queen and single beds are found in both types, as well as an extra sofa bed in the studios, with one studio also having a king bed and another having full disability access.
Other features you will appreciate in the non-smoking rooms are the reverse-cycle air conditioning, insect screens, the fact that they have wisely left an iron as well as an ironing board for your use, a television, the option of hiring films, all the linen and other bedding provided for you, including an electric blanket, and your bathroom, with a walk-in shower, is ready-stocked with toiletries and towels. You get crockery, cutlery and saucepans, and gas-powered barbecue equipment. Parking is free and secure, with the whole of Marsden Court being a gated are. Some rooms have a patio and a separate lounge area, and all guests can make use of the garden area, which is a relaxing place with pretty views of the surrounding Strahan landscape. There are communal laundry facilities on the property, and you should have no difficulty in getting online as there is a wireless network for all guests.

Golf, four-wheel-drive adventures, fishing, swimming, bird-watching… There is plenty to do and you will definitely want to come back again to do more.
