Keefer’s Cottage
Here is a relaxing, tranquil stone cottage from the middle of the nineteenth century, where you can enjoy the private gardens, roaring fire and modern double spa bath along with all manner of luxury comforts, then head to the pristine beaches, the national park or dine out at a wide range of good restaurants and cafes.
In the bedroom you can find a queen bed, with the most luxurious bedding and linens, while the living area has a real, wood-burning fire and you have no limit placed on the amount of firewood available during your stay. The bathroom has a shower and a wonderful double-spa bath, as well as a supply of toiletries and of course a hair dryer. For your entertainment, Keefer’s Cottage has a 50-inch plasma television with 3-D display and a DVD player, plus a selection of films and iPod dock.
Laundry needs are taken care of at this smoke-free and pet-free property in the form of a washing machine and a dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board. And of course the kitchen has a stove top, a microwave oven a refrigerator with an icebox, and tea and coffee-making equipment.
If you prefer to stay indoors, Keefer’s Cottage has a lounge and a dining area but you can also enjoy the secluded private gardens, complete with outdoor furniture and both an orchard and an olive grove. Swansea’s conservation beaches are a short stroll from the property, which also offers free parking, and if you are interested in the region’s history, a brief walk or drive can take you to East Coast Heritage Museum. Alternatively, why not pick up some fresh produce from Kate’s Berry Farm? If you are flying to Tasmania, the cottage is just over ninety minutes from Hobart International Airport.
Situated by the ocean, this luxury cottage is steps from Jubilee Beach, Nine Mile Beach, and Kelvedon Beach. Swansea Conservation Area and Coswell Beach Conservation Area are also within 1 mi (2 km).
