Hazards Rim is a single 4-star vacation home with two bedrooms and a furnished patio. It comes equipped with a kitchen, fridge, oven, microwave oven and stove and there is space for parking at no extra cost. The no-smoking vacation home has a washing machine, a garden with a picnic area and equipment for barbecues. Also included is a flat-screen television with DVD player, stereo, iron and ironing board, electric kettle, all the necessary cooking equipment including dishes and utensils, as well as tea and coffee-making equipment. The private bathroom has a shower and towels are provided. Linens and premium bedding are also provided for the two bedrooms, as are electric blankets, and a cot and high chair are also available at no extra cost.
As well as being no more than a hundred metres from a sheltered beach, the Hazards Rim is no more than five kilometres from Coles Bay, Wineglass Bay, Richardsons Beach and Freycinet National Park, including the park’s visitor centre. Among the activities on offer in the district are snorkelling and diving, fishing, golf, wine-tasting at the local wineries, and it is possible to hire dinghies, kayaks, catamarans and surf boards locally. Bush walking (the Wineglass Bay walking tracks are nearby) and boat tours are both popular, and there is even rock climbing for adventurous souls.
Situated in the mountains, this vacation home is within 2 mi (3 km) of Wineglass Bay, Coles Bay, and Richardsons Beach. Freycinet National Park and Freycinet National Park Visitor Centre are also within 3 mi (5 km).
