Crayfish Creek Van and Cabin Park is not far from Stanley, where the famous volcanic plug known as The Nut can be found. It’s quite a view from the top, and if you don’t fancy the walk up, there is a chair lift to whisk you up there instead. As the venue’s name implies, you are right next to a creek where fishing, birdwatching and all manner of water-based activities are on offer. Have a go at snorkelling, or just go for a swim if you fancy. For those who prefer to remain on dry land, there are plenty of cycling routes in the area for you to explore.
