Your laundry can be done in the washing machine and dryer, finished off with the iron and ironing board provided, and when it comes to keeping warm, there is heating throughout and specifically a wood-burning fire you can all gather round for that cosy evening in. The pet-free property has a flat-screen television and you can access the internet via the wireless network provided.

As well as a huge, open-plan dining area and lounge, there is a balcony which gives the most amazing views of the bay and the mountains over the treetops. Sentinel has its own boat mooring, from which you can obviously figure that it has a waterfront location. Richardsons Beach is almost at your feet, and if you came by car then there is also free parking on the property.

Barbecue equipment is to hand if you fancy using it in the garden or picnic area, and Freycinet National Park can easily by reached on foot or by car. Coles Bay is an attraction in itself, while the local neighbourhood has plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops and tours available, whether guided or for you to explore by yourself. Take to the air or cruise down the peninsula, pick up some lobster or oysters or perhaps let someone else do the luxury catering on a yacht trip. And of course, there are the Tasmanian devils to see.
