6 days - Guided Walk PackageWe begin our adventure with an early morning pick-up in Launceston, followed by a scenic drive through rolling farmland and charming country towns to the white sands of Binalong Bay. After lunch, we set off on a picturesque cycling journey along the larapuna/Bay of Fires coastline, passing pristine beaches and classic Tasmanian landscapes. Highlights include stops at Sloop Reef, Swimcart Beach, and Honeymoon Bay on our 32km ride.

We begin the day in Bicheno with a 45-minute Glass Bottom Boat tour—an ideal way to view the vibrant marine life and coastal scenery. Afterward, we head toward Freycinet National Park, stopping at Devil’s Corner Vineyard for a wine tasting and lunch. The afternoon sees us cycling through the stunning peninsula, visiting an oyster farm, and ending the day with a powerful Welcome to Country and cultural yarns with Trish, a proud palawa woman.

Today is all about exploring the best of the Freycinet Peninsula, starting with a stunning guided kayak tour beneath the Hazards Range and across Great Oyster Bay, where we might spot sea eagles or playful seals. After breakfast, we hike to the iconic Wineglass Bay for a swim and enjoy some free time in Coles Bay to relax, grab a bite, or soak up the coastal beauty.

Today we travel to Triabunna and catch the ferry to wukaluwikiwayna/Maria Island—an island off an island off an island—where we’ll spend the day cycling through a landscape rich in natural beauty and convict history. We’ll explore the stunning Painted and Fossil Cliffs, picnic among wombats and geese, and immerse ourselves in the island’s unique heritage before returning to Triabunna in the afternoon.

After breakfast, we journey to tukana/Tasman Peninsula to hike the dramatic Cape Hauy trail—part of the iconic Three Capes Walk—where sheer sea cliffs and ocean views await. In the evening, we settle into Port Arthur before exploring its haunting past on a lantern-lit Ghost Tour through the historic site’s eerie ruins.

This morning we head to the summit of kunanyi/Mt Wellington, taking in panoramic views from 1270m above Hobart. Then, experience the thrill of the legendary Mt Wellington Descent—6km of exhilarating downhill riding into the city. After one final group lunch, we say our goodbyes and conclude the trip at the Hobart Grand Chancellor.
