Discover Tasmania’s breathtaking wilderness from above on the Tahune Airwalk, a 600-metre elevated steel walkway through the treetops. Wander high among the forest giants and take in sweeping views over the confluence of the Huon and Picton Rivers from a spectacular cantilevered platform standing 50 metres above the forest floor.

Explore the Huon Pine Walk, one of the best places in Tasmania to see ancient Huon pines growing in their natural riverine environment. Then follow riverside trails to the Swinging Bridges Track, crossing two suspension bridges spanning the rushing, tea-coloured waters below.

After your walk, relax at the café with Tasmanian produce, local wine or cider, and browse the gift shop for Huon pine keepsakes — a perfect memento of your rainforest adventure.

Please note: While your ticket indicates a 10am time slot, you are welcome to arrive at any time during our opening hours of 10am-4pm. Please see staff on arrival to validate your pass.

We are open from 10am-4pm everyday, except for Christmas Day and during hazardous weather conditions.
