Travel through the stunning southern countryside as you visit a curated selection of Tasmania’s most celebrated distilleries. From the pioneering legends to boutique family-run operations, each venue showcases the innovation, purity, and passion that define Tasmania’s distilling craft. Meet the makers, tour the production areas, and learn how the island’s pristine water, cool climate, and native botanicals create spirits of unmatched depth and character.

Your tastings include small-batch single malt whiskies, aromatic gins, smooth vodkas, and refined liqueurs, all guided by expert hosts who share the stories, science, and secrets behind their creations. Between tastings, relax over a leisurely lunch at one of our favourite local restaurants (own expense), where you’ll enjoy modern Tasmanian cuisine featuring the region’s finest produce.

Depending on the season, your itinerary may include Lark Distillery, Old Kempton, Killara, Spring Bay, Sullivans Cove, or Callington Mill — each offering something truly distinctive.

The tour concludes at Hobart’s waterfront or Salamanca Place, where you can continue your evening with dinner and drinks or unwind with a relaxed return to your hotel. This is Tasmania’s most refined distillery experience — indulgent, insightful, and perfectly paced for the discerning spirit lover.
