Between tastings, enjoy a relaxed stop for lunch at one of our favourite local restaurants (own expense), featuring a seasonal menu of wood-fired pizzas, farm-to-table dishes, and fresh Tasmanian seafood. Whether you prefer something light or indulgent, there’s an option to suit every palate.
Your itinerary may include iconic producers such as Home Hill Winery, Willie Smith’s Cider, Sullivans Cove, Spring Bay Distillery, Pagan Cider, Cascade Brewery, or Battery Point Distillery, depending on the season and day of travel.
As the day winds down, your guide will return you to Hobart’s vibrant Brooke Street Pier or waterfront precinct, where you can continue your evening with dinner and drinks or simply relax and take in the harbour views.
