Impressively spacious and right in the heart of Hobart, these suites and apartments include laundry facilities, food-preparation equipment from a kitchenette to a full kitchen, reception staff available all day and all night, along with a great place for breakfast, an evening meal and a relaxing drink.
Salamanca Suites offer One and Two-Bedroom apartments and a Suite, featuring king or single beds, a bathroom with a shower or, in some cases, a bath, Foxtel TV, wireless internet, cooking facilities, air-conditioning and laundry equipment.
These non-smoking rooms additionally have a docking station for an iPod, a mini-bar (for which an additional fee applies), a balcony or courtyard, and of course all the linens for the beds. There is the possibility to stay in an apartment or suite that has a disabled-access bathroom, a full kitchen with an oven, stove top and dishwasher (although they all have a microwave oven, cutlery and other basics), and a second bathroom.
In most cases the rooms are serviced daily, and guests may check out as late as eleven in the morning. Salamanca Suites include free parking for guests, a twenty-four-hour reception desk, dry cleaning (for a surcharge), three meeting rooms varying in size from just under thirty to a little over fifty square metres and of course an impressive restaurant.
Lena of Hobart Dining serves an impressive buffet breakfast and an a la carte version, while over in the Chandelier Bar in the evening you may relax in front of the gas fire with a drink and a light or main meal.
As you can probably guess by the name, this is a place to stay where you are right next to Salamanca Market, so it takes no time at all to reach one of Hobart’s most popular attractions. While you’re here, a walk of less than ten minutes takes you to the Mona Ferry Terminal, or if you are here because of your work, the location inside the CBD (Central Business District) is a real boon. Just over twenty minutes away is HBA Hobart International Airport.
Located in Battery Point, this luxury aparthotel is within a 10-minute walk of Salamanca Market and Mona Ferry Terminal. Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens and Cascade Brewery are also within 3 mi (5 km).

The room was lovely, the king size bed was comfortable and the linen beautiful. Even a washing machine and dryer in our room.
Great customer service from the reception guys plus easy access to and from the Salamanca area. The room was spacious and clean with a great view.
