There are six rooms to choose from. You have a queen-size or king-size bed and your private bathroom, complete with free toiletries and bathrobes, can be found along the corridor. All rooms have free wireless internet, a dressing table, electric blankets and everything you need for making a refreshing cup of tea or coffee. All the linens and bedding are provided, and each non-smoking room has a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and you have the use of barbecue facilities. Needless to say, heating is all taken care of in your room at Roslyn House Bed and Breakfast. Depending on your choice of rooms, you can additionally have an additional single bed, a wardrobe, a lounge area, a small table and chairs, a television, a DVD player or a bar fridge.
A full, cooked breakfast, for a surcharge, or a continental breakfast, included in the fee, awaits you in the morning, and there is a lounge area available to all guests with a log fire, where you can relax in the comfort of Roslyn House Bed and Breakfast’s antique furniture. There are laundry and ironing services available should you request them, and the lounge has its own television and DVD library.
Located in the heart of the Derwent Valley, the B&B is just twenty minutes’ drive from Mount Field National Park and Russell Falls, a truly beautiful sight, and twenty-five minutes from New Norfolk Golf Course. Salmon and trout fishing are possible nearby, and the city of Hobart is under an hour away by car.
