Robinson Cottage

If you book the whole place, rather than just one apartment, just take a look at what you have at your disposal: queen-size and single beds, air conditioning, a kitchen and lounge area, a veranda complete with an outdoor setting, a clock radio, an oven and stove top, a toaster, tea and coffee-making equipment, a CD player, a dining setting, a bath and a shower over the bath, towels and toiletries, an iron and an ironing board, plus a high chair and a cot if you have a young child in your group.

As previously mentioned, Robinson Cottage can be partially booked if you have a group of fewer than seven (the maximum number for the whole property). It is in a central part of Oatlands, a small settlement just over an hour’s drive from Hobart International Airport, and you will find the property has been tastefully decorated inside with a mixture of antique furniture and art, plus some modern items as well.

Practically a stone’s throw from the cottage is Lake Dulverton Conservation Area, and some of the interesting things to see locally include the Heritage Highway Visitor Centre, Oatlands Gaol House, Casaveen Woolen Knitting Factory and Callington Mill.
