Good food, recently refurbished modern rooms (each with a posturepedic bed), and a location right in the heart of Launceston all combine to make this mid-range hotel a good choice for business travellers and tourists alike.

Perfect location and perfect people. There’s no doubt people can make your stay. Even while under renovation this place was a pleasure to be in. Shout out to Keith, Joe and the chefs. The food and the company were wonderful.
Enjoyable Stay at Mercure Launceston The staff were friendly and helpful and made a special effort to get us in earlier so we could use the facilities before going to the AFL. The room was specious and very clean. The Titanium Bar/Bistro was cosy and the breakfast deal enabled us to eat before catching our plane.
