Two well-furnished bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and the whole house to yourself, plus a tennis court and children’s play area nearby all make for a perfect holiday base in a non-commercial, quiet part of Falmouth very close to the sea.

In the first bedroom there is a queen bed and the second has a double, with bedding provided as well as bedside tables with reading lamps. The bathroom has a bath and shower, as well as towels, and the kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker (so you have an oven and four hobs), a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, tools for making tea and coffee, a good selection of cutlery, dishes and cookware, and a dining table with four chairs.

The living room in Seadrift Cottage contains an enclosed log fireplace, a television and a DVD player, along with a couple of sofas and a large window to let the place bathe in natural light. The pet-free and smoke-free holiday home also has laundry facilities which include a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Should you need housekeeping, this is available on request.

Outside you have the use of the barbecue-equipped deck, the garden and outdoor furniture. As mentioned above, you are not far from a tennis court and a children’s playground, and Seadrift Cottage is just 300 metres from the beach car park, as well as being close to the magnificent Henderson Lagoon that runs parallel to the surfable beach.

Parking at the cottage is free, and in addition to the attractions within short walking distance there are places which you can reach by car in less than half an hour, such as Percy Steel Reserve and Winifred Curtis Scamander Reserve, as well as Scamander Golf Club. Head north a little further and you reach the world-famous Binalong Bay.
