The vineyard setting is attractive, the region is peaceful and the location is convenient, so to have such a well equipped holiday home here is quite a find.
There is sleeping space for a maximum of five people in two bedrooms, with a double bed in the mezzanine master bedroom and a bunk bed with a double and a single in the second one. Charles Reuben Estate has 100 square metres of living space, and includes a combined kitchen and living area. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a two-person jetted spa tub, as well as towels and toiletries.
In the corner of the living area you have the warmth of a real solid-fuel fireplace, a large flat-screen television with a DVD and Blu-ray player, a CD player, a sofa and in the other half a dining table. The fully equipped European kitchen includes a stove top, a full-size fridge, a microwave, a wide range of cookware and utensils and an espresso maker. Naturally, there is also a dishwasher.
While staying here at this non-smoking and pet-free property, you can enjoy the views of the adjacent vineyards either from indoors through the floor-to-ceiling windows or out on the patio, log on to the internet at no extra cost courtesy of the property’s wireless network, access pay movies and relax in the comfort of air conditioning, with an additional ceiling fan. There are laundry facilities, including an iron and ironing board, blackout blinds and a weekly housekeeping service, plus free parking.
Only a short drive from Charles Reuben Estate is Zoodoo Zoo, a place where you can walk through a huge aviary as tropical birds fly around you, as well as encounter meerkats, zebras, lions and of course Tasmanian Devils. The nearby Richmond Arms Hotel is good for a hearty meal in its Bistro Lounge or a relaxing drink in the Saloon Bar. Other local attractions include Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary, Palmara Vineyard and the world-famous MONA (Museum of Old and New Art).

Beautiful setting in the vineyard. Lovely newly renovated property. Fully equiped kitchen with some basic provisions. The owners were friendly and obliging and looked after the property very well.
We liked the quiet country setting only minutes from Richmond and within half hour of Hobart and large living area that is comfortable. The spa, fire-place, complimentary wine and Wii entertainment were a treat.
A stay with great view and peaceful. Entertaining games and good Wi-Fi connection. Wide and spacious.
