Bicheno’s A+ Apartments
Sleeping space for four is provided in these pleasant holiday homes, with one or two more who can be squeezed in if you hire an extra roll-away bed, with proper cooking facilities, a washing machine and a fenced garden, and you don’t have far to go for the beach.
The two apartments both have a pair of bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two singles, so four can sleep in one of these comfortable, tastefully decorated holiday homes. The bathroom has a shower, and a heater is available in the colder months. Cooking facilities include a four-plate range top, a full-size oven, a full-size refrigerator and a microwave. You have laundry equipment, a combined dining and lounge area, a television and a DVD player.
Bicheno’s A+ Apartments are for non-smokers and, if you are driving here, you will find free parking space which is also wheelchair-friendly. There is wireless internet at no extra cost and outside there is a private, fully fenced courtyard so your children can play safely. Four cushioned garden chairs and a round table with a huge sun shade can also be found on the front patio.
The owners have included towels, laundry detergent and some basic toiletries for you to make use of during your stay.
One of the attractions of Bicheno is less than ten minutes away on foot, namely the Blowhole. This natural phenomenon is off to the east, and depending on the season you can also join Bicheno Penguin Tours, which are even nearer to Bicheno’s A+ Apartments. There is also Whalers Lookout and either a short drive or a moderate walk can take you to East Coast Natureworld and Douglas-Apsley National Park. On a more practical note, a wide range of places to eat, including hotels, are nearby, as are plenty of shops.
Situated near the beach, this apartment building is steps from Lookout Rock State Reserve and Bicheno’s Motorcycle Museum & Restoration. Bicheno Penguin Tours and Whalers Lookout Conservation Area are also within 10 minutes.
