Amazing Unique Five-Star Waterfront Retreat
Less than half an hour’s drive from Hobart International Airport, this luxury waterfront home affords magnificent views of the river with seven bedrooms and equipped with all you need to cater, entertain and be entertained.
This is Tasmania’s largest holiday home and the only one with a two-sided waterfront. The non-smokers’, pet-free property’s seven bedrooms mostly have queen beds, with some having twin or singles either instead or in addition, and all have top-quality bedding which includes a lux comfort pillow-top mattress. Every room has at least one built-in wardrobe and the property’s maximum sleeping capacity is twenty. The rooms have floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors, and specially designed airlocks giving each room its own private access point to the scenic walking track outside.
There are three double-room-size luxury bathrooms and four toilets. Bathrooms have towels, a hair dryer, free toiletries, a separate bathtub and shower, and at least one deep soaking tub. The kitchen has two Miele ovens, a stove, a double fridge complete with ice maker, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a grill, a coffee maker, a toaster, and various dishes, utensils and pantry items. The dining area boasts the largest luxury dining table in Hobart and can comfortably seat eighteen.
If the Amazing Unique Five-Star Waterfront Retreat hasn’t earned its name yet, it will when you see the entertainment on offer. There is a television, DVD player, video library, game room complete with games and you have Foxtell thrown in. Outdoors there is a patio that surrounds the whole house, five balconies and a large lawn area, so plenty of space for having a barbecue.
Back indoors there is a washing machine, complete with soap and detergents, dryer, iron, ironing board, air conditioning and heating, and the living room is huge. A garage provides secure parking.
The Amazing Unique Five-Star Waterfront Retreat, while not for parties or events, is suitable for children and also for guests with mobility issues. Local attractions are a short drive away, including Derwent Entertainment Centre, the Museum of Old and New Art (MONA), Salamanca Market (excellent for shopping), and of Bonarong Wildlife Sanctuary.
Located in Old Beach, this luxury vacation home is within 9 mi (15 km) of MyState Bank Arena, Stefano Lubiana Wines, and Moorilla Estate. Museum of Old and New Art is 8.5 mi (13.7 km) away.
Guests at this beach vacation home will appreciate convenient onsite amenities such as barbecue grills and a picnic area.

One of the best holiday properties we've ever rented. It has an amazing view and the property itself is very spacious. Would love to come and stay again.
